Our two static self catering caravans are set in their own garden setting and not overlooked by the other accommodation units.

Offering far reaching views over the tranquil countryside, both are dog friendly.

THE ESSENTIALS

We supply tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid and cleaning products. Foil & cling film, kitchen towel. Bin bags (including recycling and composting).

A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be provided on your arrival to help you start your holiday.

PARKING

Parking is conveniently close beside your caravan.

OUTDOOR SPACE

You have an outside all weather seating area with a BBQ, to fully enjoy the splendid views.

Our utility block has a large selection of tourist information for the surrounding area. 

CARAVAN SPECIFICS

• Accommodation:   Static 2 bedroom caravan  -  27 x 12 Carnaby Melrose    (Double Glazed and Panel Heating)
• Change over: Saturdays,  contact us for alternative start days.
• Sleeps: 4 -  1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. 
• Bedding: We supply a Double size duvet and 4 x pillows for the double bed. For the twin room there are 2 standard size single duvets and 2 x pillows for each for the single beds. 
• Living Area: Open Plan Living, Dining and Galley Kitchen area. 
• Dining: Round Table and 4 chairs. 
• Lounge: L Shaped sofa, Electric fire and TV/Freesat and DVD player.
• Kitchen: Fridge with freezer box, Microwave, Sink/drainer, Gas cooker & hob, Toaster,  Kettle, Cutlery, Crockery, Utensils. Pots & Pans.
• Bathroom: Toilet , hand basin and shower cubicle.
• Heating: Electric fire in lounge and panel heating in bedrooms and bathroom. Portable electric oil filled radiators also available if extra heating required.
• Entertainment: Flat screen TV, DVD player, FreeSat TV & radio stations 
• Patio/terrace area: Table and 4 Chairs. Kettle BBQ. Rotary washing line and pegs.
• Hoover supplied in twin room. 
• ALL OUR ACCOMMODATION IS NON SMOKING, Outside is fine.
